Great Saturday in Paonia, listening to voters. Like most Coloradoans, climate change and water are critical issues; however, they also share my concern about these other vital issues: public education, mental health services for young people, women's and voting rights, and lack of affordable workforce housing.
Thanks to the Delta Dems for such a great booth at the 21st Annual Mountain Harvest Festival in Paonia. My campaign signs are certainly in good company!
Montrose Dems were rocking the room, sharing their hopes and concerns about our freedoms and human rights around women's reproductive choices, fair elections and voting, LGBTQ issues, reasonable gun legislation, and so much more.
A very sobering conversation with these parents. Will they ever be able to buy an affordable home and at the same time be able to find affordable daycare? I will work hard to give more incentives to builders for new affordable housing projects and to add more daycare business opportunities to the Western Slope.
A great night in Gunnison, listening to our voters' concerns on an over-drawn Colorado River and a woefully underfunded public education system. These are two of my top priorities, and I will work hard for all families — right, left, or center.
Great Saturday in Mancos rallying over 100 Dems on why, at the state and federal levels, we will fight for all women's reproductive rights and protect the voting rights of every American — right, left, or center!
Kevin and Laura Puckett Daniels, Gunnison County Commissioner candidate, listening to concerns of everyone attending the Gunnison River meeting.
A great evening on the Gunnison River, where Kevin shared his ideas on water conservation and management in Colorado. He also discussed solutions to the shortage of mental health services and professionals as we continue to see a rise in teenage suicides on the western slope.
Wow, nice location at 7th and Park in Montrose. It's a great spot for FREEDOM FOR ALL. State elections matter more than ever. Once SCOTUS decided whose freedoms are more important than others, we technically LOST ALL OUR FREEDOMS.

Another awesome Saturday in Dolores, supporting the Montezuma and Dolores County Democrats and candidates.
Great visit with some Ouray community leaders on August 14th. HD58 Blue in 2022!
The North Fork Democratic donkeys were decked out for the Hotchkiss Fair and Rodeo Parade!
Wow, did the North Fork Valley Dems rock the Hotchkiss Fair and Rodeo Parade! Four floats, 50 walkers, and two mini donkeys. The local GOP (in a red county) had one float with nine folks. We crushed it!
We had a blast in the Montrose County Fair & Rodeo Parade! Thanks to all of my supporters who marched and carried signs, we got more thumbs up and applause than in any other parade so far.
Our banners are starting to show up around HD58! You will see this one at the corner of Hillcrest Avenue and South 11th Street in Montrose. If you would like to display a sign in your yard, call or text us at 970-729-8058.
Montrose Dems are ready for you to pick up your yard signs!
Kevin with his good friend, Laura Puckett Daniels. She was the secretary of the Gunnison County Democratic Party and is now running for Gunnison County Commissioner against an incumbent Republican.
Kevin's first official fundraiser and it was a huge success! Thanks to Linda and David Gann for their hospitality, and for all the supporters who showed up and helped us raise needed funds for the campaign.
Kevin officially kicked off his campaign for Colorado House District 58 on Thursday, July 7th next to the river at Colorado Outdoors, where water meets small business, two important things for the future of the Western Slope.
Kevin with Mike Callahan from Gunnison, the last Democrat elected to HD58 (1976-1980). Mike then went on to serve as Lt. Governor of Colorado under Governor Romer.
